I don't know if I would want to work for a company that uses robots to go through resumes.

They are bigger companies and probably use that software. I have not been notified for an interview for any of these companies where as my email to a person rate of getting an interview is around 30%. I don't know if it is because there are more applicants or I am not using the right "key words".

Apparently what is necessary for getting a job is considered some kind of classified insider information!
