Capital One to end overdraft fees.

Capital One ends overdraft fees. The lender said it would stop charging customers for overdrawing their accounts, the latest to do so, shortly before the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau said it would closely examine banks that relied heavily on such charges for revenue.

From the NYT Dealbook newsletter. I can't do a link. Why do I suspect this wouldn't have happened under TFG?

This is good news because I cancelled a Capitol One card because my mailed payment did not get there, although I mailed it right after I received the bill.
