The points about REIT's and Oil and Gas Partnerships are particularly noteworthy.

Also, I like the quote "Never invest in anything you can't explain to an 8 year old."

Absolutely god damned right.

you get their by placing a little each pay period in to a diversifed portfolio and let time do its thing.

As the market develops, there will be more investment opportunities, but if you wait too long you can miss a chance to buy these wearable technology stocks that may yield huge returns. Scale in!
