The 102-page report by a team of outside investigator led by Melissa Haag, In a 102-page report, investigators led by Melinda Haag, a former U.S. attorney, found Katehi was not involved in employment or compensation decisions about her family members. Investigators also concluded Katehi had not misused student fees.
But her assertions that she played no role in the social media contracts were misleading at best and untruthful at worst, the report found. Katehi also misinformed Napolitano about her paid board service with a controversial for-profit firm, among other findings.
