She's a professor of Early Childhood in Boston. If I can remember which university I'll tell you. But I had a big birthday last week and am finding my memory for little facts like that going . . . . . . . . .

And a hero to many teachers, who are also disappointed in the president and his education policies. This is why I posted this in the Education forum.

as strongly for teachers and teacher unions as Damon does we can "slam" him.

Until then, I'll cheer for pictures like this.

Here is the quote: "He’s doubled down on a lot of things, going back to education…the idea that we‘re testing kids and we’re tying teachers salaries to how kids are performing on tests, that kind of mechanized thinking has nothing to do with higher order,” Damon continued. “We’re training them, not teaching them.”

Damon is absolutely right about that and the president is the person who appointed Arne Duncan as Secretary of Education.

Just sayin'.

has he actually said he won't vote for him?

I can't imagine he'd vote for Romney.

Maybe vote for O but not do as much for him as he did in '08?

Hard to tell if they even miss us. I guess they know what they're doing.

Or do they? Hmmmm..............
