'Tis the season (when failing students go berserk)

It's the season when failing students come to terms with their F and take it out on the teacher. And to be fair, not every failing student resorts to such measures.

Florida music professor sucker-punched in garage over suspected bad grade


Miami Dade College professor, Marc Magellan, reportedly suffered a broken nose, hand and other injuries after being attacked in a campus garage on April 15. The 31-year-old suspects it could have easily been ordered out by a vengeful student.
