Does anyone have a wind generator?

I'm looking to supplement our solar output, especially during the shorter days of winter, like right now, and cloudy days and of course night time.
During the summer months our solar panels provide 90+% of our electrical needs, but right now we're running our diesel generator 2-3 hours a day (approx. 1 gallon/day of fuel).
Looking for a small generator, because we live on a boat. Quiet as possible and efficient in low winds would be preferable.
