That's cool, but it's too bad the bathroom's on the first floor and bedroom on the third.

True. I'd prefer the 350 sq ft all one one floor but they did what they could. definitely not for disabled either

I had an efficiency apartment after college. One room with a sofa bed, club chair, end table, small gate leg dining table, 2 bentwood dining chairs, a large ficus, and a kitchen against the back wall. The bathroom was accessed through a fairly large walk thru closet with storage,
This tiny house needs a separation between the shower and the toilet for a towel rack and toilet paper. Is there be room for a curtain?
