1) It is not national news that a bicyclist got hit by a car. Okay, if Joe Biden were the bicyclist, then it would be national news.
2) The incident happened on January 30. That's too old for LBN.
3) I consider bicycles sort of public transportation, in that they are an alternative to a private automobile.
4) It is not my intent to garner wider exposure. I want narrow exposure, so I try to put my posts in the most appropriate forum.
