New Product Review: Rudi's Fiesta Tortillas
http://www.rudisglutenfree.com/fact_sheet/gluten-free-tortillas/Fiesta Tortillas Spice up your favorite Mexican meal with these tasty tortillas made with red bell pepper, jalapeno, onion and garlic flavors.
They say:
Rudis Gluten-Free Bakery is pleased to announce a new line of gluten-free tortillas, providing those who are eating gluten-free with three delicious alternatives to corn tortillas that will keep the whole family happy, including Plain Tortillas, Spinach Tortillas and Fiesta Tortillas, made with 5 grams of fiber per serving. The tortillas are made with whole grain flours and have a soft, pliable texture, thats ready to be loaded up with goodness. Like all Rudis Gluten-Free Bakery products, the tortillas are made with only the highest quality, wholesome ingredients, carry the Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO) seal and are soft and delicious just like real tortillas.
Rudis Gluten-Free Bakery, launched by Boulder, Colo.-based Rudis Organic Bakery, is giving families that suffer from celiac disease and gluten intolerances a healthy, brighter outlook by letting them truly enjoy bread and baked goods again. Rudis has been committed to baking delicious, family-friendly breads without artificial ingredients for more than 35 years, and leveraged this legacy of baking on the bright side to launch its gluten-free products.
We say:
These were pretty darn tasty. We've only tried the Fiesta Tortillas, but they actually had some flavor to them. If you see them we suggest giving them a try. They made great quesadillas with Daiya cheese.
Admittedly they're a bit small for some things, but they were the perfect size for our quesadilla habit.

OP
Thanks! I'm sick of corn tortillas and was hoping one of the GF companies would do this.

Rudi's rocks (and Udi's mighty fine too). It's getting much easier to stay gluten free than it was a couple of years ago.
