Yum! Also made some really super mac & cheese from one of the recipes on their site using the cheddar block. It was really good & we've had it three times!

the only product of theirs i can get in these parts is the shredded type. the provelone slice sounds great

The Veggie Life, for us anyway, is better tasting. The Daiya left a weird and unpleasant aftertaste for myself AND hubs.

I got swiss and provolone, the provolone is really good. Thanks for the recommend. Have you tried the bulk "haverati" from daiya? Really good on crackers.

My girls don't like it much because they like everything to be on the mild side. It's a little more flavorful then that. The shredded daiya, used on pizza has grown on me. At first the texture of it, after melting then cooling, seemed foreign but i've come to like it alot.
