Great quick savory lunch...

Can of black beans water included.
A fork full or 2 of sauerkraut.
Pinch or more of cumin
Pinch or more of smoked paprika
A shake of onion powder
A shake of garlic powder
A scatter of celery seed
A handful of cherry tomatoes or 2 dollops of tomato paste (I always have some in the freezer)
A handful of greens
