Maybe others have tried this or something similar
but I decided to try to jazz up the taste of the Quorn meatless roast. I thawed it and then made four slices lengthwise in the roast, spread the slices apart, added Brie cheese and dried cranberries, tied it together, covered with foil, and baked according to directions. Its good but I dont think that Brie adds enough flavor variety. Without going super-spicy does anyone have any suggestions for a cheese?
Thanks.

(37,389 posts)Feta is usually ~20% goat milk, the rest sheep, if you like feta.

(3,119 posts)tasty meal. All I have is a blender so as long as a blender works I can do it. No food processor or other stuff.
I am thinking about buying one of those air fryer ovens. My selection is down to chef Emile's (sp??) or the Power XL promoted by another chef. Do you have any opinions?
I made the carrot bacon from the recipe someone else posted in my convection oven and it was good, but they recommend an air fryer for cooking carrot bacon.

(24,828 posts)I have not purchased an air fryer. I just roast veggies in the oven. I have thought about it.
