Vegan Naan recipe

This came out perfect. I have tried Naan recipes before and they seemed to come out rubbery. But this one is soft and as good as store bought or restaurant. It lists using coconut cream, but you can use coconut oil, which I did. Also says you can omit the coconut cream or oil.

1 teaspoon instant yeast (or 1-1/4 tsp of active dry yeast. I read if you use active dry yeast, need to let rise double the time, so 30 minutes for instant would be 1 hour for active dry yeast)
- 3/4 cup warm water
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
2 cups all purpose flour, or white whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons coconut cream, *may omit if needed
2 tablespoons olive oil
