Has anyone used an air fryer for crunchy fried tofu?
I find the pan fried tofu is too greasy and baking the tofu& flipping it several times is unsatisfactory.

I assume you are all starting with firm tofu that has been frozen, thawed, pressed and drained.
The tofu's thawed-frozen texture is changed; it marinates well.
I have been happy with my cast iron skillet and light oil and good heat.
