A good source of vegetarian main course recipes ---
Martha Stewart has 100 recipes here - vegetarian, not necessarily vegan, but I was pleasantly surprised.
Just another resource: http://www.marthastewart.com/362260/quick-vegetarian-main-course-recipes/@center/852566/vegetarian-recipes#/285037

(13,661 posts)3. you're welcome - I was looking for some quick recipes
so I'm not standing at the stove for 30+ minutes when I get home at night ... and several of these look quick, or easy enough to prepare in advance.

I have been trying to have more vegetarian meals per week for a year or so now, and I have been needing some new recipes. Some good ones there!

(13,661 posts)4. yup - some good ideas, I thought
I figured out of 100, there would be at least 10 that could become regular meals... maybe more. I avoid the heavy cheesy ones, but there are a lot that have no or little cheese.
Anyway. Happy recipe browsing!
