I'm making french bread pizza tonight with the shredded mozzarella variety. The SO and kids aren't vegan but they still love the Daiya cheese.

I wasn't aware they had new bulk "cheeses" out. We just made pizza Saturday night with their shredded "mozzarella" and "Cheddar" it's the best non-animal brand I've found yet, and "Veganaise" wins my award for best Mayo replacement. Thanks for the heads up again on the new options. Now if they would only build a Whole Foods closer to me...

because I never tried very many cheeses at all as a kid, so I'm completely unable to tell whether or not the substitute is in line the the real stuff. Seriously, cheddar and mozzarella pretty much comprised 100% of the cheese we ate growing up. Havarti? Pepperjack? No idea.
