Determined Latvia: The First in EU to Ban Russian Grain - UATV English
To show an example to others, Latvia approved a draft law banning Russian grain imports into the country. Latvia was the second-largest importer of Grain from Russia after Spain, and still – they made a decision to stop it. Because international law is more important than business!

Some Russian "actors" have been dumping Ukrainian wheat out of train cars, claiming to be "protecting Polish farmers".
