How the world is preparing for Trump's return - CaspianReport

Even though #Biden and #Trump hold diametrical views on social, legal, political, climate, and financial issues, their approach to #geopolitics is not necessarily all that different.

While it is wise to plan for any contingency, Democrats must make certain that this never comes to fruition.

The video explains the difference between Biden administration foreign policy and what is anticipated if Trump returns to office. The statement that the description gives relates to both of them being bound by civil servants and defense interests in their decisions.

Contrary to what the first reply stated, CaspianReports is a well-regarded vlog and has touched upon issues that don't appear in the limelight weeks or months later. It was obvious that poster didn't watch the video when he replied after 5 minutes and the video is more than 20 minutes long.

with a premise that the two candidates have "the same" foreign policy... an area where they could not be more diametrically opposed. Biden wants to support Ukraine and Trump has stated "not one more penny", where Biden is a strong proponent of NATO and Trump wants us out of NATO and basically stated that Russia can do "whatever the hell they want" in Europe.

Trump is transactional... people the profess to like him and pay him complements are "our friends" and people that don't say those things can go to hell.

Why should I listen to the entire video when they state their opinion multiple times right up front. If they are supposing the civil servants or the military dictate foreign policy... they have never worked for the federal government. That is not the way it works.

which is far more than is mentioned in one sentence. I'm not going to be bothered whether you watch it or not, but calling it a pile of shit when you haven't watch it does seem unfair and unjustified.

or do you think the foreign policy of Biden and Trump are the same?

It's a simple question.

Both Biden and Trump recognize that the largest threat to the US is China. How they handle the relationship may differ, but in that one instance they both agree on the geopolitical threat. That was mentioned in the video that you didn't bother to watch.

He didn't love China when he could blame them for the "China Virus" and his idiot followers didn't like China because they were stealing jobs ( as if ) from blue collar America ( something that goes back 40 years now ).

Today, however, if anyone is paying attention, Trump is back to "neutral" on China and praising Xe as a "very strong leader". You remember when Trump was entertaining Xe at Mar-a-Lardo, right? I believe he is close to that foreign policy right now, just in the last few months... especially when he thought that China might help bail him out of financial problems due to his court cases and legal fees.

Biden has always understood that China is a dictatorship and that we are in a resource war with China to lock up raw materials around the world before they do. Biden also understands that it would be difficult ( and dangerous ) to de-couple the West's economies from the Chinese economy... and yet protect Taiwan as an independent island ( if not nation ) from Chinese aggression and to keep the western pacific rim countries from being completely in the Chinese sphere of influence. On the other hand we need China's help to keep Russia in check. China is a very difficult chess game, much like India.

Hardly the same as Trump.

You called the video a pile of shit without watching it.

There are other instances where both candidates share the same objective, but the approaches to achieving those goals differ. However, you didn't watch the video to take the opportunity to learn.

Besides, the real topic of the video is how the rest of the world is reacting and preparing in case there is a new Trump administration, in the instances where Biden's and Trump's foreign policies do differ (and that also answers your simple question).
