Houthis seem very good at keeping a low enough profile that conventional air or missile strikes are very hard to target until its too late. I am surprised that special forces has not been sent in to try and ascertain weapons stockpiles and command centers locations but perhaps they have and those things are so well dispersed and hidden that risk of losing operatives is too great for no gain. Tough nut for sure.
