Simply announce that if Russia is able to use Iranian ballistic missiles in Ukrainian territory, NATO will supply Ukraine with ours and allow the use of NATO ballistic missiles in Russian territory.

It might also help to remind Moscow that NATO can take down Iranian missiles easily — as shown in the destruction of ALL of them in Iran’s recent attempted attack on Israel — while Russia has no such capability with western missiles.
