Syria: Damascus Captured by Rebels, Assad's Plane Possibly Shot Down, Russia Evacuating Airbase! - Suchomimus

Damascus has been captured by the rebels, toppling Assad from Syria. Flight data shows a plane said to be carrying Assad may have been shot down near Homs. Satellite imagery shows transport aircraft at Russia's Khmeimim Air Base.

I don't recall his name, but, remember the Russian guy who formed and led a gang of mercenaries who fought for Putin in Ukraine and elsewhere? Remember how he was accused of staging a coup in southern Russia, was called to Moscow to kiss and make up with Putin? And remember what happened to his plane enroute to Moscow?
