What will Israel be like in 50 years?

I don't know much about Israel except what I read about it in the international press and the internet. And so I wonder, where is Israel going from here?

Imagine writing a science-fiction-novel about Israel.
Or imagine writing an israeli school-book in the year 2050 about the history of Israel.

Starting out with what's actually going on in Israel, right here and right now, what will Israel be like in 2030? 2050? 2070?

What is science-fiction-Israel like? And why? How did the transformation from 2016-Israel to science-fiction-Israel happen?

What is this school-book telling israeli kids how Israel became what it is now in the year 2050? How did the transformation from 2016-Israel to 2050-Israel happen?

I would like to hear some informed speculation on what Israel could be like.

(Israel and the Jews don't fare well in sci-fi and fantasy. In one novel, the Jews are wiped when the Muslims scape-goat them for a great catastrophe of unknown origin. In another novel, the Jews are seemingly wiped out by the Muslims but are actually sent to the future where they contribute to repopulating Earth after a great catastrophe. And in another novel, Israel collapses for some reasons. The Jews scatter and emigrate, except for a few who hole up in Masada and wait for Yahweh to save them.)
