Open question

I am opening up a discussion not based on a specific news item, but a generality/summary of several recent events...

Why Israel and Arab Countries are normalizing relationships?

Note - I have done at least a preliminary check and will state that Trump's admin has had minimal effect/impact on this. I do understand their desire to claim some impact on US politics - the question is to actual effects to the primary actors which while it might include the US is not about internal US politics.

Note: Please understand this is a rare ask on my part. Please keep the discussion civil and appropriate...

It also hints to why it's being done quietly and that only the Trump admin who needs to find a "win" somewhere is broadcasting it openly even though the underpinnings started well before hand and the Trump admin had minimal effect to these developments.

Or on Edit - Trump is claiming "success" for things they had zero to minimal involvement in shaping.
