I recently heard another really good observation of what bush did

when he was told, "Our country is under attack". Normally he would be whisked away because that is what you do with presidents when an attack is happening on our soil. Also all the children should have been evacuated into a safe place since the school, just for the fact that the president was in it. It would be a terror target.

Because the president is always one of the main targets and it was known where he was that day.

So how did he know he and the children were safe? I think the rest of the day they had him up in Air force 1 protecting him.

It just doesn't make sense.

1. Makes perfect sense if you know about the attack ahead of time

and that you are not in any danger.
They really screwed up in that little detail.

3. Wouldn't you take the time to ensure the route to the airport was really secure

Before moving the president? When you you don't know what the actual threat is you don't know where is safe and where is dangerous. Sometimes the the best choice is to sit tight until you are certain there is a secure route to safety.

4. For another half hour!? Makes sense long as we don't think about it! But sitting tight...

while everyone knows where you are and you and a school full of kids might be targeted from less than 10 minutes away doesn't seem to be a very good plan. Not knowing how many planes have or will be hijacked in the end. But getting the fuck out of Dodge and where your presence is unknown would seem to be better & smarter in my view.

5. Everyone knew where Airforce One was as well

They also knew all the routes to the airport.

I am sure that there were plenty of Secret Service agents who were aghast at this breach of security protocol - what did they have to say about it?

6. But they didn't remove the kids. And I bet there is some

protocol in place that would whisk the president away without have to worry about traffic.

7. Where would they move the kids to?

That they knew for sure was safer? They didn't know what the threat was.

I was not talking about traffic. What if he left the school straight into an ambush? What if Airforce One was a target? The SS knows what they are doing. Are you saying they were part of the plot?

8. They would only need to remove the kids from the school!

Because that is what they would do if they were afraid a plane was going to dive into it. Remember the president was the target. As long as the president was there the kids were in danger. Just like a bomb threat, they get the people away.

That is way is would have happened if they did not know that they were safe and sound.

9. And why would a plane be the only threat?

car bombs, rocket attacks, guns - lots of ways to kill the president. What reason did the SS have to assume that it was not a complex attack using more than one method?

So do you think the SS was overruled? That they wanted to move the president and were told not to? Any evidence to prove this?

10. I've not heard any. And that would be another reason

to get everyone out of the school. I'm sure there are plenty of security measures set up to protect a president from the things you mention.

Are you suggesting that the SS knew of what was going to happen? That would only increase the questionable motive of leaving everyone in the school. I'm pretty sure the limos used to protect the president are safe and guarded all the time.

And if the SS was told to keep the president there that would suggest they knew everything, so why did the second plane and the third plane and the forth plane complete their missions? Of course that is just another one of the serious questions about this attack. If a plane gets in a place where it is not to be or the radio control stops fighter jets are sent right up to asses the situation. They get there in seconds as reported afterward from a couple pilots who the went after because they were off course. They either motion for the plane to move into the right place or shoot it down if they see it is not cooperating or something else is explainable. Remember they said these planes went off the radar and stopped communication before they hit? You can't even fly a prop plane over NYC without NORAD chasing you down.

and if so, who ordered them to do it? Is there any evidence that the SS did something out of the ordinary?
