That legislation is the ............."First Amendment to the Constitution of The United States of America."
(The five freedoms it protects: speech, religion, press, assembly, and the right to petition the government.)
I feel like I walked into a huge church or synagogue, and just recited the most important prayer ever written.

Isnt Desantis saying that the First Amendment doesnt apply to the States? After all, it does begin Congress shall make no law respecting
And wouldnt the current crop of Supreme Court justices with their fetish for originalism be likely to support that notion?
