I am starting to think this is legit. I hope I do not get reincarnated. One life is enough for me. In fact, the past 7 years seems like 7 lifetimes.

(23,415 posts)easily dismissed. In fact, it's amazing. In my own experience, I assumed that there had been many times I'd tried for "heaven." The good news for you, or so I've read, is that you won't be forced to go through this again if you don't want to!!! But there's a reason we chose to come here this time, so who knows!!!!

Those who were given a choice (this is not meant to be conceived as "God", these are experiences from non religious people from around the world) and said they wanted to "stay" and argued to stay were forced back into their bodies for some reason they did not know at the time. Some say there was some sort of purpose to stay alive for the time being but they weren't told what it was. I know I would fight to NOT come back. Supposedly, life on Earth is so difficult that is only for the very special, skilled "souls" who know what they are getting into and do it anyway. No thank you!

(23,415 posts)depressed! But, one doesn't argue with the "god system." You know how they say that when one is angry, reason is impossible? I was so mad at waking up on planet earth and my disgust focussed on damned gravity. I felt so heavy, like my legs were pinned to the ground. I wanted to float again!! So, it crossed my mind that I could thwart the System by cutting off my legs!! Then, I "reasoned" I wouldn't be tied to stinking earth! I thought about where I could find a machete, couldn't figure out how to get one, and by that time the fury lessened and I became more accepting of this fate worse than death!!!!

I fully believe in reincarnation. I have had glimpses of past lives, and the past lives of others close to me. There are many hypotheses about what happens when we die, and how long it takes for people to be reincarnated. Most people don't recall past lives, or can with some difficulty. However, when someone dies traumatically, they are more likely to recall it than others.
