Russian President/PM Medvedev talks about secret alien files

&feature=youtu.be

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/vladimir-putin/9731278/Dmitry-Medvedev-muses-on-aliens-and-Vladimir-Putins-lateness.html

"While the media have been quick to say that Medvedev was joking, the former president of Russia from 2008 to 2012 must realize that was an expensive joke coming from a former president of a country that is a major military power, in a world of conspiracy theorists who already assume the scenario independent of presidential endorsement, especially at less than two weeks to the prophesied Mayan "end of the world," scheduled for December 21.
His statement will be seen by fringe Alien and UFO conspiracy theorists as significant given that Russia boasts some of the most spectacular claims of UFO sightings and alien encounters. According to IB Times, some of the bizarre stories include an alleged incidence in Minsk in 1984: "a green beam appeared from an aircraft. The beam was said to have swung rapidly from side to side while illuminating the cabin of an aircraft nearby. Two pilots who reported seeing the events first-hand were later diagnosed with cancer from electromagnetic radiation and severe brain damage, respectively."
As IB Times points out, dryly, with such stories coming from Russia, "Perhaps Medvedev was not joking after all.""

It’s obvious that the reporter interviewing him understood he was speaking tongue-in-cheek; i.e. joking. Really, how could any reasonable person take what he said seriously?

Stories such as the Russian alien child story in the “Men in Black” video abound. Here’s another one just as laughable:

Hi guys, this Boriska Russian boy post is going to be really interesting.Boriska who was born in Volzhskii on January 11th, 1996.One day while everyone was sitting around the campfire at night, some little 7 years old boy suddenly asked everyone's attention. Turned out, he wanted to tell them all about life on Mars, about its inhabitants and their flights to earth," shares one of the witnesses. Silence followed. It was incredible! The little boy with gigantic lively eyes was about to tell a magnificent story about the Martian civilization, about megalithic cities, their spaceships and flights to various planets, about a wonderful country Lemuria, life of which he knew in details since he happened to descend there from Mars, had friends there.

Many were stunned by the two distinctive factors. First of all, the boy possessed exceptionally profound knowledge. His intellect was obviously far from that of a typical 7-year-old. Not every professor is capable of narrating the entire history of Lemuria and Lemurians and its inhabitants in such details. You will be unable to find any mentioning of this country in school textbooks. Modern science has not yet proved existence of other civilizations.

On October 8,2007 Project Camelot had interviewed with him and they are the first westerners to had interview with him and here is the video ...

http://www.ufo-blogger.com/2008/08/boriska-russian-mars-boy.html

According to Boriska,"UFO consists of six layers(Oval shape object)," he says. 25%-outer layer, made of durable metal, 30%-second layer made of something similar to rubber, the third layer comprises 30%-once again metal. The final 4% is composed of a special magnetic layer. "If we are to charge this magnetic layer with energy, those machines will be able to fly anywhere in the Universe."

I think what he is talking about mars is his real experiences as i noticed plus NASA announcement of existence of water over Mars too.

Yes, there’s definitely an alien gap. Speaking of which, it wouldn’t surprise me if there’s a store or two by that name in Russia that caters to these classy, non-anal-probing ETs of theirs.

second, even if he was "joking" it could have been truth wrapped in a joke.

Third, some of the content went well beyond the typical sort of little green men joke that people usually make.

he was joking. If he wasn’t joking, after the interview he probably gave the interviewer a good talking to about manners, and how it’s considered rude to chuckle and snicker when a former president reveals top secret information on television to a TV journalist.

The joke was that he was saying preposterous things with a straight face. He wasn’t speaking the truth with a straight face, hoping that what he said would be perceived somehow as a joke.

It was just the standard, run-of-the-mill “Our leaders each get two briefcases containing top-secret information on resident ETs” joke that former heads of state like to tell, the big sillies.

She smiled, somewhat awkwardly, because I think she didn't know if he was joking.

I did hear a chuckle in the background, maybe from the crew. Again, this is a topic that people have a hard time dealing with.

People clearly make jokes about serious matters.

He clearly said more than that there are little green men on mars or some such cliche.

there is nothing he could have said to change your mind.
1. He denies it...he could be lying.
2. He laughs it off...he is masking the truth in a joke.
3. He admits it is true...he's telling the truth.

I'd love to know if we were actually being visited.
So no, it doesn't go both ways.
