Change the date to see Sunday night, then change to Monday am
One of several channels I enjoy watching. Not because I believe they are true, but because there are things that can't be easily explained and obviously main stream science has not provided the truth when it doesn't fit into "their" line of thinking.
Case in point is the show http://www.history.com/shows/america-unearthed/cast/scott-wolter
America Unearthed looks at possible alternate histories of America and the planet in general, by looking at the "Real" facts with an open mind.
The Great Pyramids, stone ruins at Puma Punku, ancient Flying Machines and others prove that there is a history to Earth that has been lost or forgotten for some reason. Obviously mankind was much more advanced then main stream science has been willing to admit.
Bigfoot, aliens and the other things... sure, I can't say some of it isn't possible, although improbable.

News more interesting lately with Putin, Ukraine, and missing 777. I go to History 2 and SCI channel out of desperation and boredom with what passes for news. SCI's Close Encounters is nicely done. They sure are giving a lot of actors work on these two channels - and their names are never shown in the credits.
America Unearthed is okay, but seems that Scott Walter is too conscious of the camera on him and that spoils the program for me....imo...
I could watch that sun/planet/black hole/comet stuff anytime, even though I've seen the programs. Thingamabob is a favorite, but I haven't seen it on lately.
Wish they'd had these programs when I had science class back in grade school and high school.
I started watching Walking Dead and Falling Skys when they came out because who doesn't like Zombies and Space Aliens. But sadly they ended up being far to much drama in both of them and I despise "Reality TV" mostly because of the ridiculous Drama. Watch some of the stuff on VH1 and MTV and it's easy to see whats wrong with kids now a days (that and bad parenting).
I get more then enough Drama and BS in real life through daily interaction with people and the daily news, don't need it when I'm trying to relax. And yes I agree that we needed more science shows on TV back when I was a kid (Graduated in high school 1978).
I like Putin simply because he does have some balls, (kind of like Bill Clinton once had). The Ukraine is like all the other country's (Syria,Iran, etc...) lately in that we will never get the real facts about what is going on behind the curtain. Obviously someone knows more then the want to let known about Flight 777. To bad country's can't pull together especially in times like this, but everyone is spying and doing under the table deals that they don't want people to know about.
Guess I could go play violent video games... Oh wait I already do that.

(10,044 posts)Triple 7 plane.
What happened is quite simple if you believe anything, and that's a requirement.
A giant UFO captured the plane in the sky, used a cloaking device, took the plane into a giant cavern in the sea, and when they are good and ready, the plane will be returned intact, passengers all alive, and an Alien who resembles Michael Rennie will make a dramatic speech (whereabouts is secret), and the people will be returned, only after we are warned to have peace and take the ridiculous TV programs off as they are polluting the electromagnetic waves being sent into the innocent Cosmos.
That's my hope. I don't like to think of all of them being killed so quickly and senselessly.
I like Putin too. Wouldn't bother him a bit if I didn't so why bother not?
