I did a short for my blog....
As some of you know, I'm a full-time author. On occasion, I hit a roadblock in my writing, and my brain won't cooperate on the stories I should be doing. In that case, I try something short to rejuvenate my mind. It's not always good or pretty, but I enjoy writing it. Currently I'm working with my coauthor on the second book in a series, and we're at 100k words. My brain was melting, so I decided to do a quick one-shot story called 'Crybaby'.

This is said story if anyone wants to take a look at it. Don't expect a lot, though. It was done quickly, has not been professionally edited, and is pretty much just thrown together. Still, I shared it with my group on FB and people seemed to like it, so....

Good job. I figured there had to be a kernel of truth there somewhere. You're really good at making people feel empathy for your characters. Even though it has not been edited yet, it's excellent. Anyone who reads this will totally get why you are paid for your work!
