On the above quote, Biden is radical on "the" policy (Whose policy? What policy?)

Women not so such. Women initiate most divorces. Women have to put up with men's shit, Women do unpaid emotional labor for men. Some husbands take years off the lives of their wives, because of the stress they (men) place on the wife.
