http://deadline.com/2015/10/no-men-beyond-this-point-samuel-goldwyn-release-date-mark-sawers-1201567421/The sci-fi-satire "No Men beyond this Point" will be turned into a movie in 2016. The plot:
Men are no longer needed for women to get pregnant and women no longer give birth to male babies. The male gender is at the verge of extinction.
Remember how MRAs freaked out that "Mad Max" had a female lead? Imagine their reaction to a world ruled by women, with policies that actually discriminate against men and threaten their very existence.

If we let any entity get too powerful, then they will kill off this planet. Even we as humans disregarding all of the other species and balance of nature in the top 1%'s quest for profits, etc. threatens the rest of earth in the same way too!

(37 posts)Unless males are aborted (possible), there will still be 51% at birth.
I suspect a world with women in control is possible, but I doubt the males would be killed off, given their usefulness in other ways besides sex. The Amazon tribe did just that, but even they needed to kidnap males from other tribes to replenish their numbers.

(6,255 posts)Sheri Tepper did "The Gate to Women's Country" and men were excluded from civilized society, unless they came crawling naked and begging to be let in, while outside of the walls, men acted like warring barbarians.
There is some other book I remember where this happened as well, so I would bet that this movie is based on a book. I just can't think of it.
