The shock of your recent bad news and loss and your deptession would kill your appetite.

But you need to be deliberate about drinking water.

anti-depressants, certain of them suppress appetite while others can help stimulate. Hope you can
see your doctor about this. Realize many don’t deal with nutrition, just not on their radar. Fight for
help with this though.

I am no doctor, but experience has shown me the importance of getting enough nutrition, especially when dealing with medical conditions.

Since you're okay with liquids, this may be the way to go. I wish you well.

Supplements. She doesn't seem depressed, but her days and nights are pretty well switched around.

9. It's normal for me.

I have RRMS, and whenever I have a relapse, I completely loose my apatite. When I can get cannabis, it helps a LOT. When I can't (most times) fruit juice with some salt added to it, or whole milk with some peanut butter and maple syrup blended in keep me running.

I'm 6'3", and I have trouble staying above about 160lbs.

Liquid foods help. Peppermint can help. Marinol or cannabis help. Most of the never pain medication makes it worse; Lyrica destroys my apatite.

Diagnosed in 2008, weight 396lbs at the time. Current weight, 168lbs. It's hard.
