This stuff was invented and used to protect people from thr Black Plague. If it can protect against the Plague, it can protect against a woosy little virus like Covid19.

He had very young children at home and none of them were infected.

He chewed up and swallowed one or two big cloves of raw garlic, every single morning.

I grow my own garlic and use the smaller cloves like capsules. I don't chew them - just crush and swallow them whole and I use garlic a lot in my cooking. I've never had flu of any variety.

It has proven health benefits. Since we both eat it, the breath problem is not a concern.

Even if I did not eat it, it would not be a problem. She eats more than me and even eats a whole clove with her evening meal.

So yea, garlic!

My mom used to brine her own pickles. The smell of garlic came out of my pores...just ask the other students I went to art school with. They let me know loud and clear when they wouldn't work next to me one day.
