Specifics are needed such as exact medical tests on the specific organs. Also you would need to know the damage to the organs due to the crash and fire.

There are several other organs that can be harvested such as corneas.

but bone, cartilage, intact skin, and all sorts of other tissue can be harvested and used.

They kept her only technically alive, a ventilator forcing oxygen into her damaged lungs and her circulation propped up by drugs. She was gone, the accident was horrific and not survivable.

Anne Heche will be taken off life support Sunday, TMZ has learned, because organ recipients have been identified and surgeons are ready to remove and then implant.

We're told Anne will be taken off life support early Sunday afternoon ... after which the procedure will begin.

Sources connected to Anne confirm to TMZ multiple organs will be transplanted, although they choose not to reveal specifics.
