It's Jan 31 and I am less than $1000 from my annual out-of-pocket expenses

So, help me maximize free healthcare in America.

I have a colonoscopy in February. I figure at that point, everything thereafter is free.

What should I have done in the months following?

for blockages. The standard one uses a catheter while the CT one does not. There’s no risk of infection at insertion site etc.
