Including writing scripts.
The last time I went to the pain doctor I had a new RN and after I told her that I used muscle relaxants to sleep, (they are not addictive and they frigging work) she said, "I'm not going to renew that because that is not what it's for.

I've been on this medication for a long time. Physicians have prescribed it. And now some woman who could have sat on her couch for 4 or 5 years tells me that she is making the decision that I should not be on that drug.

Of course I barely slept last night.
