Finally some relief after several decades of suffering. I have fairly severe high pitch screeching 24/7 for as long as I can remember. I’m 63 now. Likely due to my years playing in very loud bands. Decided to try aquapeace in the morning and before bed along with a 15 or 20 mg cannabis sleep gummy.

I now sleep 8 hrs a night. I haven’t slept more than 2 or 3 hrs in a row for years prior to this approach. This worked within 1 hour of taking my little combo. In contrast, smoking marijuana only seems to make my tinnitus worse. It has worked every night for over a week now. This has not eliminated the noise, but has reduced it from a 10+ to a five or so now. The amazing thing is I just don’t really seem to care about it anymore.
