1. I only go for long walks and my heat limit is if it will get over 85. I usually won't go if it's hotter than that.

I'm on a medication that causes a little more than usual sweating. If I'm out where anyone would normally be sweating a little, I look like I'm working my ass off!

jogging is about the only time it doesn’t click in. A
I now have 4 Cardiologist. Keep jogging is the only thing they all agree on.

I normally walk a couple of miles every day, even if it's below zero, but not when it's 90+ and humid like today. I don't know how people can live in places where this happens a lot.

carry 32 ounces of frozen water, but stay within a mile or so of my car where I have more water. I'm sweat excessively, even when cool.

I've hit the wall at times where I can barely walk 10 yards before having to stop and sit down, then back up and 10 more yards. It's kind of scary. I'll probably die on a trail one day.

Looking forward to Fall.

I can’t keep it shoveled in the winter, so I go to the local Rec Center. They have a nice track big enough to circle 5 basketball courts. Only cost a buck a day to use it. Great except weekends when it’s packed
If I have to shovel the driveway to get, that’s enough exercise.
I’m 74 and folks ask if I ran when I was younger. I tell ‘em “only when I stole something”.
