Express Scripts should change their name to: You will get it when you get it scripts...

Only good thing about ES is you are able to get a 3 month supply on some medications. I ordered Zofran on 8/20, got an email that they will ship in 7 to 10 days. Not the first time I have had trouble with on time prescriptions with them. They are trying to force you to have them shipped sooner so they can add a fee. I may have to go back to a local pharmacy for some medications. Very frustrating. Nothing express about express scripts.

Mostly curious about anyone else that has gone through this with Express Scripts, thanks for your feedback, always appreciated. Is the health forum the wrong forum. If so, I do apologize.

May I suggest you take a little more time to get to know DU before you call out members?

and it got delayed and then when I inquired I got a suspicious photocopied letter without the proper letterhead. I ended up calling their fraud division, apparently someone intercepted my wife's pills. I quit getting her 3 month supply from them and paid more to get 1 month at my local pharmacy.

I keep getting notices from them telling me I can get my Eliquis cheaper from them for only 400 dollars for 90 days. I am paying 10 dollars a month at my local pharmacy.

For a big corporation they sukk pretty bad.

Long story, but they got under my skin and wouldnt cancel a script i no longer needed.

As others have noted, higher prices, long lead times, and shitty service.

They were on a refill frenzy and had to cancel all meds that were in process! I may have to get rid of them if this keeps up.

Express Scripts will let you get your prescriptions at a local Walgreens or Duane Reade. I’m not sure if you can also get them at CVS. I get mine from a local Walgreens now. I had a lot of issues with the mail order deliveries. It wasn’t just a few times. But several times over the year.
