Why Is EVERYONE Quitting Keto & Carnivore in 2024?

The people in the comment sections of the Carnivore diet videos tend to be very right-wing, not too sharp when it comes to the complexity and nuances of peer review and science. Not to mention idiots like Jordan Peterson who does this stupid diet which I am sure will bring him an early death.

At least not me. My weight is down. My pain from arthritis is less, therefore I don't have to take as many kidney damaging NSAIDS. My depression has improved greatly. My brain LOVES ketones. Do what works for you.
