OK, so I just finished my Netflix show of the week.

I wasted a couple of hours on "Devil's Gate." It started out as a decent crime story then slowly unfolded into a ridiculous sci-fi movie, which would have been alright if it had been good. It was almost bad enough to be good but couldn't even get that far. Don't bother.

....Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and The Greatest Showman. I actually rented them last week and put both aside after a short time as they couldnt hold my interest. But yesterday was a hot, lazy day so I stayed inside and watched both of them and they turned out to be really good! Ive got some others in the queue including Mr Rogers..hope they are worth my time.

Thanks for the heads up on Devils Gate as sounds like one I would have tried to watch

I could see why it was such an award winner. And it was chilling to read on the Web about the "real events" which this skirted around to create an alternate reality fairy tale. I've kept thinking about it since I saw it.

I run hot and cold on Tarantino and I really enjoyed that one. Being born in the late 50s helped, as it was a stroll down memory lane. Of course, I remember the Manson family and the Tate/LaBianca murders, too. QT is full of surprises, eh?

I didn't realize it was 10 seasons when I started it. I really like it though with 1 1/2 more seasons to go.

And then forgot to pick it up again. "Dracula" on NF was most enjoyable. So many twists and turns. I've also gotten into some of the Polish crime stories on NF. The only thing I don't like about them is I only like them with subtitles and I have to stay laser-focused, so it takes longer to watch. Not sure what it is about the Polish productions but the acting is always superb.
