Hulu miniseries, We Own This City, was awful

I watched We Own This City, a miniseries on Hulu recently. It was made in 2022. It's a crime drama about Baltimore police corruption. It got 93% tomatometer on Rotten Tomatoes, so I expected it to be good, but it wasn't. The acting was like the actors were all just doing a table read, no emotion or personality.

I did really enjoy Full Circle, a miniseries on Amazon. The acting was great, especially the detective, and the story was intriguing. It was directed by Steven Soderbergh. Done July 2023.

Disagree. We watched it when it was on HBO and found it entertaining. beaglelover Jan 2024 #1
