I got Britbox a year ago because I wanted to watch Shakespear's plays now that I'm retired. Britbox has lots of the plays! However, I couldn't understand what was going on. I gave up. So, instead, I watched Sherlock (with Benedict Cumberbatch), lots of Agatha Christie (Miss Marple and Pierot), and the murder mystery series Vera. Just great! (I'll just keep missing those Shakespeare questions on Jeopardy.)

I do love all the British shows.
Watch everything in a short period of time and the end the subscription.

Before we got Britbox, we had Acorn. The two services have different programming. We did Acorn for a while then cancelled it and subscribed to Britbox. Both are excellent with many choices. Lots of detective, courtroom, mystery and of course comedy

The Brits do love their detectives though.
