We need to stay in ...."today"...just for today, we can get through this day only......
We need to hang in there....one moment at a time....
We need to not give up..
.I feel your pain...I have not been doing well either.......Sometimes it is very very hard..But we can get through today..yesterday is gone..and tomorrow is far away..Prayers are out for you...

(4 posts)Heya. It is a situation that everyone one of us should be facing . No matter what we are, what we have, what we own or what we treasure. It is a situation that everyone has to face. But there is a good thing in that. That is when hard times comes we could understand what we really have. As in we could understand who all will be there in our hard times as a comfort and whom we should really give importance too. No matter what circumstances we face there would be same that would be close to us. Those would be the people that should be treasured. It was my family and my boy that was with me in my hard times and Bible and the words of God really helped me overcome my hard times. The verse that really helped me was Deuteronomy 3:16 ("Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, For the Lord your God goes with you: H will never leave you nor forsake you" .
Things I decided when I was in your situation was:
1. I decided to stay positive, thinking all things would be for the best that are yet to happen in the future.
2.Next was to be creative enough to make things better and work on that make it possible.
3.I started learning new things in difficult times.
4.Made an effort to know what I am grateful for.
5. Started focusing on what I can control and not what I can't.
6. The realisation that I got a long way to go was something that really helped keep going and come out of that condition.
7.An effort was made to build a community with people that could really understand me and be with me in the tough situation and that could really help me in my situation.
8. Being kind to myself and also forgiving each and everything that hurt me in my difficult situation was something that I decided to da and that really helped me in my situation.
These are the things that I did in my situation. Hope this would help you in your hard time.
