Hey Family, I know things are getting scary

But for today, you do not have to do drink, drugs, over eat, starve yourself, gamble, buy out the whole store, hurt yourself or others.

Today, I'm not going to do my maladaptive behaviors, I have reached out to my support group, consider that for your selves.

Love, hugs and if anyone wants to talk, send me a message.

I read all your breakfast mssgs. I have had to make a few tuff decisions these past 10 days. Mrs K got diagnosed with COPD, of course I have Tess, I made decision to quarantine both of them as I am still healthy. It did refocus me after a couple days of drinking and questioning myself. Im cooking again,, my voice is gone so not singing yet.. but my point is yes,, life is better without,, to the point I cooked tonight this,,, pic,, shrimp Marsala from scratch,, didnt have time to make the raviloi, but all else was chopped and cooked from scratch. I can say right now,,I had more joy cooking this,,than I ever had from a drink. I just need to be sober enough to realize it.
