I passed 20 years of not smoking in October last year. Meanwhile 36 hours sober here.

I called my youngest son this morning to learn today is his 9 month anniversary of livin clean!

It works, if we let it.

I still hate weekends. And I avoid parties where I know there's going to be some heavy imbibing.

Like I say, it gets easier, but it's never easy.
