Would anyone want to help with this?

I'm interested in a website with a focus on end-of-life concerns, not just how we're doing medically, but basic legalities and logistics (what you have to have in order to go with a peace that certain things are taken care of) and forums for people confronting issues directly and also perhaps having trouble with acceptance or, even if okay, confusion about the whole process and terms.

I can provide the Internet presence; and a chunk of writing, but would need graphics and other contributors. This is highly unlikely to make any money, so I'm thinking of it as a resource and if there were any contributions they'd only go to the site to keep the equipment or resources running. I'd like to organize it as a non-profit, and would appreciate anyone who has organized non-profits before to contact me.

What I need: A legal resource, preferably with a background in non-profits. One or two technical administrators (I can do most myself, but I don't know how long I can, and the more brains the better). Writers, with personal stories and advice.

Anyone interested?
