I was always told that milk/cream/etc. affects your cholesterol and blood sugar at the least. Even a little bit.

calling the physician....may take 48 hours or until Tuesday to get a return call....I always have to cross my fingers and leave several voicemail messages.

Just tell the doc what happened. Your A1C tells your doctor a lot. That is 3 months of average blood sugar. And tell the blood tech

Mistake for an annual physical at the VA. My cholesterol level was a whole lot higher than normal.
A follow up a month later had it back where it has consistently been.
So don’t freak out with a spike

Walleye is by far my favorite fish to catch and eat.
Not the population here in NC mountains like the northern lakes. So it’s a treat when ya hook one.

We would catch a walleye In our net every now and then. Of course next to a sockeye salmon they’re not worth as much. My last name is Wall so I went with that and I’m a photographer so walleye seemed to fit

All I’m supposed to have since 10:00 the night before is water and since I hate getting this done, water is all I have. I’d re schedule, if it were me

and it is possible the caffeine could affect your fasting glucose levels--albeit unlikely to be too significant.

But the creamer is an issue.
