How are you doing workouts these days?

Fortunately I invested in a direct drive trainer and built a bike to be on it permanently. I use this with the Zwift app. I was finding it scary to ride on my road because of heavy oilfield traffic. I was still going to the gym twice a week to workout with my personal trainer.

Then came Covid 19. I still workout with my trainer via Zoom. Between Zwift and PT I’m staying in pretty good shape.

So what are you doing?

every night, running with the TV on the oldies music station. It's amazing how many 50's and 60's songs I still know by heart.

Then I use my pulse oximeter to make sure I'm still alive.

achieved speeds that are personal records!
Unfortunately, I was one of those that opted to not invest in "in-home" systems because I am .2 miles away from a "gym."
Also, unfortunately, they are all closed thanks to COVID-19!
Trying to get out to bike - walk, but that's the extent of it. This entire "situation" has certainly brought awareness and attention to good, healthy practices.
GOOD ON YOU for what you're doing!

resistance bands. I've always been a big strong guy but am training to be as light and strong as possible this time. I'm 59 and the shoulders and knees won't take heavy lifting well. Last time I was built up big, I was 6'1" 265. I'm now about 215, maybe going down to 205 or so.

Same age, approx. size and workout. Although I do have a Bowflex machine that I incorporate too.

I do an hour walk 5 days a week and dumbbells/Bowflex 3 days a week.

I'm about 240 right now working my way back down to, hopefully, under 200.

I'd been going to classes at the Y with inconsistent frequency for the last year before the quarantine, so I'm kind of trying to do some of the same exercises that don't require any equipment, since I don't have any weights or anything.

Rediscovered a kettle bell I have not used in years. Using it with youtube kettle bell workouts. I am considering buying a foldable flat treadmill. I am probably going to terminate my gym membership.

I bike for 22 miles every other day, weather permitting.

I do yoga the other days.

Since I have spending more time in the kitchen, it is critical. LOL

My hubby has adopted a couple of neighbors, I make enough for two more. Recently, tracking down yeast became a major deal.

Homemade cinnamon buns are very important.

I’ve only been rained out once in the last 55 days. My daily ride includes some hills and some sprints. It’s been great for my sanity.

It is not always a blessing, but I'm thankful to have it right now.

It just needs to warm up a few degrees more.

I started twice weekly 45 min sessions in the park with a trainer. We stay over 10 feet apart and I bring my own weights, resistance bands etc. I also take a 5 mile walk every Saturday in my neighborhood and I cross the street anytime anyone gets in my sight line. I also hit the treadmill once or twice a week for an hour. Just being outdoors has been wonderful. The trips to the park are my only forays out of the house except for occasional pharmacy drive through.
